What has been happening:

Over the past month, we have noticed inconsistencies with our email system. Some outbound emails from Fixness have not been reaching customers, and some inbound emails from customers have not been reaching us.

We recognize this is frustrating and we sincerely apologize if any communication slipped through the cracks.

What we are doing about it:

This Sunday, March 29th, we are migrating to a new email domain provider. This change is specifically intended to resolve the deliverability issues we've been experiencing.

The migration is planned to minimize any disruption — our email address will remain the same, and service will continue normally.

What to expect:

• Your Fixness contact's email address will not change — no need to update anything in your records.
• We do not expect any downtime or service interruption.
• If you sent us an email in the past month and did not hear back, please don't hesitate to resend or call — it may not have reached us.
• If after Sunday you send us an email and don't receive a response within one business day, please call 303.653.8622 as a backup.
